Project Details:

Big, open and woodsy! This new house had plenty of open space for family and friends to gather. The kitchen was to be simple, yet functional and definitely not overbearing. With an “arts and crafts” feel, we chose a simple, shaker style door with a very handsome finish on the perimeter and set it off with the black Ebony painted finish on the island.

Simple knobs and stools, no crown molding and backsplash on the counters adds to the simplicity and lends to the utilitarian feel. A perfect walk-in pantry space off of the kitchen allowed for big storage cabinets and a coffee and bar center. With young kids, a boot bench in the mud room was essential!
